What I did decide is that I very much like and enjoy the public transit industry and will likely retire in that sector and that it's the people I work with that make the difference!

Currently, I'm wokring on a Class D, a Class A/R and a Z endorsement (Air Brakes) program for the City of Mississauga to submit to the DCP so that the city will be able to licence and renew licences for their employees. I refresh skills and facilitate changes to the job and/or policy for existing drivers. I provide remedial training when required. I licence and renew licences as a Signing Authority on behalf of the Ministry of Transportation Ontario. My goal was and is to have a lasting, possitive effect on employees and their environment.
